Package 1 - One on One Personal Training

Each session with the trainer will consist of one on one work with the client for a full hour. The trainer will be able to provide customized instruction and personalized motivation. Assessments will be done regularly to track progress and redefine goals and objectives. Sessions are available seperately or in discounted blocks.

Package 2 - Assessment and Workout Program

During this hour and a half session clients will be fully assessed and set on a 6 week workout program designed according to their fitness goals. It is recommended that this package be repeated every 6 weeks in order to track individual progress and modify the workout program to avoid fitness plateaus.

Package 3 - Group Training

The trainer will work within a group of 2-6 clients simultaneously throughout the full hour session. A personal pace program will be designed for each of the participants and geared to their specific needs. It is recommended that clients are grouped to work towards similar goals. Periodic assessments will be provided.

Package 4 - Fitness Classes

Various types of fitness classes will be made available to employees bases on interest, demand, and equipment availability within a company. These may include pilates, yoga, and spinning (biking) classes. The number of employees admitted to each class will depend on allocated work space, equipment, and type of activity.
